General Delivery Policy

• All in stock products would be dispatched within 5 working day after ordering.
• All deliveries are tracked.
• Please be aware that HK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date. 
• Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

For Hong Kong Local Delivery 

• Default courier service would be S.F. Express Hong Kong.
• Free delivery for a single order over HK$500.
• For a single order below HK$500, a delivery cost will be added at checkout for HK$30. (Subject to the latest courier charge of S.F. Express Hong Kong)

For International Delivery 

• Default courier service would be Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail. 

Return Policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 7 days of purchase (within Hong Kong) you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund to the original payment method used in the original sales transaction.

All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns form.

Customised product are non-returnable/ non-refundable.
